DefCon Conditions Lowered

We're at Code Blue right now -- but not the same Code Blue the hospitals would use...
Everyone seems to be feeling much better. No buckets required since Sunday.
The only possible damper to them feeling better is that I am having a tough time talking today - so School work will be interesting if attempted.
I thought, since I couldn't talk with as much volume as I normal do, I would choose a condition level of "Guarded".
You never know when a mom who can't talk like she normally talks will sneak up behind you.
Especially if you're a Denim...be on your guard.
Edited to add: It's rather difficult to sneak up on someone when you're barking like a seal. I took myself to the doctor to discover bronchitis. We remain on Guarded condition until 7pm tonight - at which I will no longer be contagious.

Glad ya'll are feeling better. Our church has had the crud going around. It has avoided our house except for the sinus allergies.

Man, the flu really takes its toll doesn't it? We had some bug sweep through the house over the last few weeks- its main symptoms were very swollen glands, sore throat, and a very stiff neck. One of the kids got sick to their stomaches as well for just one night. He took the longest to recover from the other symptoms- almost a week. When I googled his symptoms, it seemed he either had meningitis or polio. I know better than to do computer searches on these kinds of things! Anyways, nothing serious and he is feeling better. Hope your voice will recover soon!
